How long will it take to process my order?
Orders received by 1:30 Pacific Time (Monday-Friday) will be processed and sent out the same day, if possible. Orders placed after 1:30 PM PST time will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1:30 PM PST time will not be processed until Monday or the following business day. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. In instances where items are backordered, the customer will be notified and given the option to have their order shipped together or in separate shipments as backordered items become available.
How do I track my order?
Ace Stainless provides order confirmations for all online orders. A tracking number, sent via email, will be provided at the time of shipment. This information will not be available until an order has shipped. FedEx and UPS tracking systems may not provide feedback on the package location for 12-24 hours after that. Editing, Combining, and Canceling Orders
Once an order has been placed via the website it cannot be edited. Please double-check that all of the necessary items are in your cart at checkout. Should you find that you need to modify your order please contact us immediately. Your original order will be voided and you will be asked to place a new order via our website.
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped you will be unable to cancel the order. Our standard return policy will apply to any order that has left our facility.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the compatibility of the items in their shopping cart. Ace Stainless is not responsible for orders with mismatched or incompatible products. If you have questions regarding the compatibility of products please contact us.
We do accept most international orders. All international orders are final and no returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyer's responsibility to order the correct part. For international orders we only accept Credit Card or PayPal, all payments must be made via PayPal and will only be shipped to your CONFIRMED PayPal Address. Ace Stainless reserves the right to cancel any order or transaction, without notice, that appears to be fraudulent. If you are concerned about the status of your order, please contact us immediately.
Most international orders may be placed directly though our website, via phone or through PayPal. If you do not see your country listed during the checkout phase please contact us for payment and shipping information.
All our International Shipping is done via FedEx (International Economy, Priority, or Ground) or UPS and includes limited insurance. Additional insurance may be purchased for your shipment upon request, Ace Stainless is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once your package has left the United States without a full Insurance purchase.
Lost or damaged insurance claims may be made through us (Ace Stainless) acting as a third party between the buyer the freight carrier. The amount awarded will be based on the amount of insurance purchased not necessarily the value of goods and is solely at the discretion of the customer selected freight carrier. Once your item has left the United States we have no control over this process so it may take from 30 to 60 days for a claim to be resolved.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and other Fees
Depending on the country and the customs agency some some International Shipping Destinations may incur duties and or taxes. Unfortunately this is something we have no control over as every country is different . We do not collect or distribute any of these potential charges. Ultimately it is up to the customs agency in your country as to whether you have incurred any fees and what they may be. We encourage our customers to check with their local agency regarding any potential fees. All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot, under any circumstances, modify your invoice to reflect a lower transaction amount in the effort to avoid paying taxes or duties.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping prices are based on the carrier (FedEx or UPS), the total weight of the item(s) in your order, and the final destination address. To estimate your shipping costs please add the total number of items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. After entering your shipping information you will be presented with both FedEx and UPS rates. For local customers who wish to pick up their items at our warehouse please select Will Call (in-store pickup) as your shipping method.

Why $500 and not $99, $199, etc.?
The reason the minimum to qualify for free shipping is set to $500, at this time, is due to our already low pricing. We strive to keep our prices as low as possible — this allows our customers to either save money on their personal projects or increase their profits on the products they make and sell. When our costs decrease so do our prices. Therefore, we have a slightly higher minimum purchase amount to qualify for free shipping.
Who qualifies for free shipping?
This offer is for residents and businesses located in the continental United States only. For residents and businesses located in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international regions we offer discounted international rates via FedEx. These rates will be displayed in the shopping cart.
Which shipping method will be used if I select "Free Shipping" during checkout?
Standard ground shipping, via FedEx or UPS, is typically the method we use for orders that qualify for free shipping. Please note that we do not hold orders or delay shipments if "Free Shipping" is the selected shipping method. Our standard shipping time frame, typically same day, applies to all orders!
Can I receive free expedited shipping?
No. We only offer standard ground shipping for all orders that qualify for free shipping. In the rare case that express rates are cheaper than ground rates we will automatically upgrade your order to that shipping method; however, requests for shipping upgrades cannot be accommodated.
What if products in my cart qualify for bulk pricing? Will I still received free shipping for orders over $500?

Disclaimer: It is the customer's responsibility to select "FREE SHIPPING" during the checkout phase. If any other shipping method is selected during the checkout process we are unable to refund any shipping charges.
How do I return products?
Items may be returned in new and unused condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (material only, shipping costs are non-refundable). To request an RMA please contact via phone or email. Please note: We do not reimburse return shipping expenses on correctly shipped orders. All returns must have an authorization number written on the outside of the box in order to be processed. Returns without an authorization number will be returned to sender. All returns received after the 14 day window will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. International orders are not returnable for any reason.
What do I do if product is damaged when I receive it?
If you receive a package with damaged products, please contact customer service at your earliest convenience. As with all returns, Ace Stainless, an RMA must be issued by customer service before products are returned.
What if Ace Stainless shipped me the wrong product?
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service and we will work with you to correct the problem. The shipping costs for incorrectly shipped items will be covered by Ace Stainless.
